This e-mail is to express how we enjoyed the trip we had with Henry as driver and guide, all over Malaysia. Henry was very committed in his role: he could show us interesting sites and explain to us topics about history of Malaysia. We can say that we appreciated our trip, for a great part, thanks to Henry.

We travelled to Myanmar in November 2019. Normally we prefer to be independent travellers and arrange overseas travel ourselves, but Myanmar seemed a little more challenging, given to numbers of location and activities we wanted to cover in a 10 day period. What we really liked was the ease of communication via the web portal, the responsiveness of the local agent and the staff in UK/US and the help we had in getting the itinerary, accommodation and experiences that we wanted. On the ground the guides were excellent and logistics were seamless. The only negative was a day long trek that we undertook. The second part of the day long trek turned out to be more physically challenging than we had been expecting, but nevertheless our guide that day was, attentive and caring. Overall we can't fault the service and the whole trip fully met and often exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely love Sri Lanka, fantastic variety of places visited. Staff at every hotel have been polite, welcoming and attentive. Having worked in travel for 15 years this is one of the best countries I have visited. Maximum credit must go to Kuruppu - he is a delight, polite, intelligent, knowledgeable, thoughtful & made our trip forgetful. Very special touch Pradeepa & Shaun meeting us at the airport on arrival.
