The guide and driver were excellent, but there were a few problems-namely our airport transfer on arrival. Despite my checking with the tour company that the driver would be there at the airport to collect us, they did not. The airport rep had to call the tour company and arrange-with a considerable delay. We also had issues with a border crossing that had the tour company provided us with better information, would have been avoided.

We had a great trip to Jordan, organised by Rough Guide All the arrangements were put in place so efficiently and the tour went without a hitch Our local driver and guide were wonderful people very knowledgeable and helpful The accommodation picked for us was fabulous Best thing about booking through Rough Guide was that the itinerary could be tailor made for exactly what we wanted

Toutes les activités et visites ont été respectées, notre guide Nazim, parle parfaitement français, espagnol et arabe. Il était juste parfait, très sympathique et à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement !!!

The tour was fantastic. Especially the mosque was the big highlighter of the tour.Our tourguide Ashraf did a great job.

We were very happy with our guides. They had excellent people skills, were very knowledgeable and accommodating. We can only highly recommend them.
