“We had a really good time and loved Vietnam. Our guides in Hanoi and Siagon were both excellent, knowledgeable and were obviously proud of their country. We enjoyed the rest and beach time in Phu Quoc and probably would have explored a bit more if Lynn had been better, but it didn't really change much. The food was really good. Having a guide with a driver in the hot conditions enabled us to cover more areas and see more. We only had two weeks and did; Hanoi, Halong Bay, Saigon, Mekong Delta and some beach time on Phu Quoc. All flights and transfers were on time, our contact responded quickly to any questions. Highlights; walking round Hanoi after dark Vespa bike tour in Saigon The food ! If you have more time then build in some time for just you to potter around and explore yourselves.”

“Tililia Travel is a most reputable company with great service by Mohammed , manager ,and our driver Yassin. We spent 9 days with a family of five travelling from Casablanca to Marrakesh to Fez and Essaouira and Ouarzazate. Everything worked perfectly and Mohammed was very good about adding extra stops without adding extra charges. He was always available on the phone to answer questions. Our driver Yassin was great. He was patient, well informed and spoke perfect English. I have travelled in more than 180 countries and this agent ranks among the best.”

“We took a customized 6 days private package for a family of three from Mohammed and Tilila Travel that covers Merrakech, Essaouira, Atlas mountain/Ourica valley, and Agafay desert. So in 6 days we are able to explore Merrakech, see the coast and beach in Essaouira, the mountain and ber ber village in Ourica valley, and camel + quad ride with desert dinner and show with private guide, private driver and cars. We had a lot of free time to explore anything we want and able to make connection and friendship with our guides who are very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Definitely recommended for first time visitor to Morocco like us but the service is very good and experienced that we are considering to have Tilia travel to arrange the next specific trip to Morocco for our next family vacation. “Our trip to Ecuador spanned a variety of regions from Galapagos to Yasuni, ending at the Volcanic region of Ecuador. This complex 2 week trip with young kids was made possible thanks to Rough Guides and their Ecuador partner Responsible Travel. Instead of pushing back on our requests, they accommodated all our needs, staying in touch throughout the planning process. We have booked previous trips with Rough Guides as well, and they even appreciated us as repeat travelers. A shoutout to Tamer and Maria Jose from Responsible Travel for their attention and support during the planning process as well as during the trip. As with any trip, there were minor hurdles and issues here and there, Maria was regularly seeking feedback and helping either resolve the issues, or provide complementary dinner as a token. All the guides were very friendly and accommodating. But we were especially impressed with Daniel for Quito and surrounding areas and Jose for the Yasuni experience. Daniel was passionate about sharing his love for Ecuador with us. He helped us through long, tiring journeys ensuring that kids felt cared for. Jose from Yasuni Cultural Center went out of the way to ensure that my little kids are able to enjoy the wilderness of the Amazon basin. Overall, Rough Guides will definitely be on my radar for next travel.”
