“Engaged them in planning my Madagascar trip. I explored a few options before using tough guides. I liked them as they are responsive , understand I don’t want to spend too much time in car while want to see lumurs, chameleons, baobobs and Tsingy where we also want to scuba dive. Kellen put me to talk to the local guides and we planned the trip together. The dive shop they arranged for us were good quality dive shop (nosy be scuba), the car is nice , so, they give you back quality stuff. Highly recommend to use them”

“Rough Guides hooked me up with a local tour operator to help plan a trip to Colombia. The experience was excellent! I got exactly what I wanted, recommendations, tours, transportation arrangements etc. The local operator was very good at back and forth exchanges, asked great questions to help with recommendations that suited our travel plans and style. The local tour arranger, Nick, also checked on us multiple times via Whatsapp during the trip to ensure things were going as planned. He also had great tips for foods to try, and insider information. Couldn't have been more pleased and plan to use Rough Guides for any travel outside the USA”

Tamar kept in touch with us constantly and even when another company, a cruise line, we were working with let us down while in Ecuador, Tamar and his local guide took up the slack and helped us amazingly.
